EIS e-invoice test tools
Build, check and calculate BIR e-invoice JSON before you run the sandbox tests. Everything on this page runs locally in your browser; nothing you paste is sent anywhere.
These tools check structure and arithmetic against the v2.01 format. They don't replace BIR validation, and you should never paste a production signing key or real customer data into any web tool.

EIS Invoice JSON Builder
Fill in a form and get a complete v2.01 e-invoice JSON. Choose CAS or CRM/POS, load a sample, and the builder recalculates totals and validates as you type.

Invoice JSON validator
Paste one invoice, or an array of invoices
Checks required fields, TIN and branch formats, the EisUniqueId, item arithmetic, VAT and totals, and shows which EIS code each problem would likely trigger.

EisUniqueId builder and decoder
Build an ID
Issue date + your 8-character EIS Cert ID + an 8-character control value. Here the control value is your sequence number in zero-padded hex; use the method your API Guide specifies in production.

Work out the invoice totals
Uses 12% VAT. Enter the sales amount as VAT-exclusive or VAT-inclusive; results map to the v2.01 total fields.
